When at Wimi, I was missioned to present our key deliverables per phase for a project financing opportunity. Our project was set out as a consortium of 5 partners, each contributing to 10 different deliverables (grouped in 3 phases) at different levels of percentages of total costs.

To represent our key outputs, I opted for a series of 4 slides.

Given the success of this slide deck, I decided to spend some time to re-create it for any other project manager to use in a similar context, to gain time and directly work with what's proven to work in the past, in a highly competitive situation.

Note:  is the template name that you can use for your own project.


Slide 1: General Description of Deliverables per Phase
Objective -> Present in one slide the KPIs for the project, the grouping of deliverables per phase, and an opportunity to give a global view of outputs.


Slide 2: Selected Other Consortium Partners for
Objective -> Summarize the key elements to know for each partner, and their global financial participation in the overall project. This enables to quickly isolate main and secondary partners.

Slide 3: Cost Distribution per Partner
Objective -> List the deliverables, and detail the financial participation split (in % of total costs), per partner, and identify the "lead partner" on the deliverable.

Slide 4: Detailed Description (x10)
Objective -> Have a slide per deliverable to give a detailed outlook on : Description, Purpose, Targets and Partners.
