Given my historic interest for Pricing Strategy via my strategy consulting experience at Strategy&, my Managing Director role at Eloquens.com and Chief of Staff role at Wimi, I decided to formalise a number of classic, popular and original pricing strategy frameworks. The objective is to give smart tools to business leaders and marketers to make the best decisions to position their products and services in competitive global markets.
Pricing strategy frameworks are tools and models that help businesses develop effective pricing strategies for their products or services. These frameworks take into account various factors such as customer behavior, market conditions, and competitor actions, among others, to determine the optimal pricing strategy that will maximize profitability while satisfying customer demand.
