    LONGER VERSION

I am a principal in its registered investment advisory in Durham North Carolina. Over the last 20 years, it has become evident to me through working with certain clients that I have intuitive abilities and finance. Recently I obtained a Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston. I’m currently in the process of shifting my career towards real estate analysis which will probably involve commercial real estate sales. Of a recently developed relationship, I am focusing on the hospitality/hotel lodging industry. This will also involve credit financing as well as reselling loan notes and mortgages. Ultimately, I anticipate raising capital for a hospitality property fund.

Currently, I am spending around 30 hours a week studying hotel finance and the hospitality industry. This is in addition to my responsibilities in my financial advising partnership; to be completely candid, after 30 years these duties and responsibilities have become rather mundane and boring.

Because I am truly committed to this professional transition, I am willing to pay for coaching. Compared to other professionals that I have viewed online, you appear to have the knowledge, skills, and experience that I am looking for.

Are you open to exploring this further?

      Prof. Ed Bodmer,

      SHORT VERSION

I am a 30-year professional in finance and have been studying your videos on hotel valuation analysis using Excel. Your videos are HIGHLY BENEFICIAL in both financial analysis and Excel. There are a few critical points in your videos in which I am in need of further explanation or clarification. In some cases, I’m not able to pick up on the precise Excel technique that you are using.

Are you open to any type of long-distance consulting/tutorial arrangement?
